Who we are

Built for one region, and only that region.

We're not a global handler with a Central American branch. Aerojet is of the region — teams on the ground at eleven stations who know their airports, their authorities, and their weather better than anyone flying in.

That focus is why more than 150 operators — from private flight departments to scheduled carriers and freight lines — hand us their aircraft. Together they've moved over ten million passengers through our stations.

One dispatch desk owns your movement from the first message to pushback, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between vendors.

Our promise

Since day one

Ground handling only works when someone owns the whole picture — the permit that has to clear before the slot, the fuel that has to arrive before the crew, the customs officer who needs the paperwork an hour early. Aerojet was built around that single idea: one team, accountable end to end, at every station we operate.

Over the years that has meant investing where it's least glamorous and most important — training, equipment, and the certifications that prove our procedures hold up under audit. It's why airlines, freight lines, and private flight departments keep coming back: the turn is boring, in the best possible way.

We stay deliberately regional. Rather than stretch thin across continents, we go deep in Central America, so the team meeting your aircraft in San Pedro Sula knows that airport as well as the team in San José knows theirs.

And we answer the phone. A movement at 3 a.m., a diversion, an AOG — there is always a coordinator on the other end who can make a decision, not a ticket in a queue.

VAL

What we stand for

Six commitments
01 · SAFETY

Safety is the product

ISAGO-audited procedures at every apron, every shift — not a poster on the wall.

02 · OWNERSHIP

One point of contact

A named coordinator owns your movement start to finish. You always know who has your aircraft.

03 · LOCAL

Regional depth

In-country teams who know the authorities, the slots, and the fastest way through each airport.

04 · UPTIME

Always on

24/7 dispatch for AOG, diversions, and the movements that never happen at a convenient hour.

05 · PRECISION

Your block time is sacred

Turns are sequenced and rehearsed to release the aircraft on schedule, every time.

06 · DISCRETION

Quiet when it counts

Private and VIP movements handled without fuss, without a trace, without exception.

If it flies into Central America, we can turn it — on time, by the book, at any hour. — Aerojet dispatch · MROC, San José
